Terms of Service (TOS) – Benovize SaaS

    Welcome to Benovize. These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your access to and use of our software-as-a-service platform (“Software”) and any additional services provided (“Services”), including the optional software setup service. By accessing or using our Software or Services, you agree to these Terms.

    1. Account Registration & Eligibility

    1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Software.

    2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering.

    3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

    2. Use of the Software

    1. Benovize provides an AI-powered platform for beauty and salon businesses to manage bookings, marketing, and client relationships.

    2. You may use the Software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

    3. You agree not to:

      • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.

      • Use the Software for illegal activities.

      • Share your account credentials without permission.

    3. Additional Services – Software Setup

    1. Benovize offers an optional service where we set up your software, including:

      • Website & landing page integration

      • Booking system configuration

      • AI tools and marketing automation

    2. Service delivery will be confirmed via email, and completion times will depend on your requirements.

    3. You acknowledge that the setup service is optional, and if you choose not to use it, you are responsible for your own configuration.

    4. Payment & Billing

    1. Access to the Software requires subscription payment as detailed on our website.

    2. Optional setup services may have separate fees.

    3. Payments are due in advance for the billing period selected.

    4. Benovize may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment.

    5. Trial Period

    1. A 14-days trial is available to evaluate the Software.

    2. During the trial, you have access to the full Software features, unless otherwise stated.

    3. At the end of the trial, you will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

    6. Intellectual Property

    1. All content, trademarks, logos, and software are the property of Benovize and its licensors.

    2. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Software except as expressly permitted.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    1. The Software is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, unless required by local law.

    2. Benovize is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software or Services.

    8. Disclaimer

    1. While Benovize strives to provide accurate AI-powered tools and automated features, results may vary based on business practices.

    2. You are responsible for the decisions made using the Software.

    9. Termination

    1. Either party may terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.

    2. Upon termination, you lose access to the Software and your account data may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

    10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Primary Jurisdiction, e.g., New Zealand].

    2. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where allowed by law.

    11. Regional Specific Terms

    The following provisions apply in addition to the main Terms of Service, where required by law:

    By using Benovize, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
